We had a great time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus station and the GIG airport. The staff was extremely helpful and arranged a taxi for us whenever we needed one. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the dry cleaning service was a lifesaver. We also enjoyed the variety of amenities available, such as the 24-hour room service, bicycle hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The room itself was well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. The television provided entertainment, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. the service and facilities at this hotel were top-notch and greatly enhanced our stay.
