The location of the hotel was excellent for our needs. We found it to be conveniently close to the main bus station and rapid transit stops, making it easy for us to explore the city. The modern and lovely ambiance of the hotel itself was very cute. The reception staff were attentive and helpful, our stay was comfortable. We had a great time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus station and the GIG airport. The staff was extremely helpful and arranged a taxi for us whenever we needed one. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the dry cleaning service was a lifesaver. We also enjoyed the variety of amenities available, such as the 24-hour room service, bicycle hire, and tours/ticket assistance. The room itself was well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and an in-room safe. The television provided entertainment, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. the service and facilities at this hotel were top-notch and greatly enhanced our stay.
